ALL APPLICANTS SHOULD SUBMIT:

Completed and signed form 48R (application form to visit Australia for tourism). Please answer all the questions
One photograph and your valid passport
The charge fee for your application. For the correct fee amount, please contact our office and see the instructions on how to pay the fee. The visa application charge will not be refunded if your application is refused
If you are sending your application by post and would like to have your passport returned by registered mail, please enclose the postage fee of 15.00 Kuna for Croatia, and 30.00 Kuna (or 5.00 Euro) for Bosnia and Herzegovina, respectively.
Invitation letter from the person you are visiting in Australia
Evidence of having access to sufficient funds for your visit to Australia (e.g. bank statement)

THE EMPLOYED/SELF-EMPLOYED:

Certified copy of your workbook as evidence of employment; and approval of recreation leave stamped and signed by your employer
The self-employed should provide evidence of business registration and evidence of business activity (company solvency)

STUDENTS/PUPILS:

Enrolment certificate and leave of absence approved by your school or university
For students - index collegium

MINORS:

Parents' consent for travel provided by both parents/legal guardians and witnessed by a justice of the peace or public notary
The original birth certificate

APPLICANTS AGED 75 OR OLDER

A fit to travel medical certificate issued by an authorised panel doctor
A certificate of health insurance covering intended period of visit

Visits to the client counter can be made only by an appointment which has been made up-front by telephone at (01) 4891-210, Monday through Friday between 9 - 11 a.m.
