Medical Treatment Visas

The medical treatment visa allows persons to undergo medical treatment and/or consultations at an Australian hospital.

Please send your documents by registered mail to the Embassy. Alternatively, if you would like to lodge your application in person, you are required to have an appointment. To make an appointment, please contact the Embassy on +385 1 4891 209 between 9 and 11AM from Monday - Friday or e-mail us at Enquiries-Zagreb@dfat.gov.au. Note that we may not be able to make a decision on your application on the same day.
