Clients who would like to lodge a visa application or make an enquiry in person are required to have an appointment. 

To make an appointment please contact the Embassy on +385 1 4891 209 Monday - Friday between 9 and 11AM or e-mail us at Enquiries-Zagreb@dfat.gov.au.

Please note that should you choose to lodge an application in person we may not be able to make a decision on your application on the same day.
