Business Visa Document List

□ Form 456, completed and signed

□ One passport size photograph

□ Your valid passport

□ Evidence of business characteristics
1. Letter from your employer confirming the purpose of your visit, length of intended stay and confirmation of travel and accommodation costs
2. Invitation letter from the Australian company with whom you have business dealings
3. Applicants participating at a congress are required to provide evidence of registration

□ Accompanying minor children
Original birth certificate and authorised parental consent from non-travelling parent

□ Visa application charge - for the correct fee amount please contact our office.
Additional return postage costs if you would like your passport to be returned to you by registered mail (15.00 HRK for Croatia or 5.00 Euro for Bosnia and Herzegovina)
